1. Sometimes teamwork leaves you with a huge headache?
2. Thinking outside the box means more work for you?
3. When grown ups get in a group meeting they revert back to children and start all talking at once?
4. If people find out you are really good at something--you become the person that always has to do it; rather than someone else doing it so they can learn and get better?
